He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey William and Louise Ida Vanpelt Owens; and his siblings, Edna Mae Owens, Frances Jean Harper, Ava Dean Craig, Harvey William Owens, Jr., Gentry Carl Owens, James Royce Owens and Charles Ray Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Owens of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Reverend Marie Polito (Michael Polito) of Madison Heights, MI, Rondall Ray Owens (Marianne) of Ferndale, MI, Randall Clifford Owens of Hazel Park, MI and Roy Mullins of Tullahoma, TN; his grandchildren, Jennie Marie Houghteling (Travis) of Clinton Township, MI, Randall Owens (Erica) of Warren, MI, Barbara Owens of St. Clair Shores, MI, Veronica Owens of Boston, MA, Krystal Owens of Warren, MI, Mitchell Owens of Ferndale, MI, Sophie Owens of Ferndale, MI, Billy Bohy of Warren, MI and Hunter Mullins of Virginia Beach, VA; his great grandchildren, Macy Welser, Molly Welser, Jack Welser, Aubree Mullins, Taliyah Mullins, Eric Bohy and Brittany Bohy; and his sisters, Vickie Neal (Charles) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Brenda Owens of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
