He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jane Duke of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Kimberly Sue Pennington of Franklin, TN, Kyle Edward Duke (Lynn) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Beth Duke Lerner of Lawrenceburg, TN and Robert A. Duke (Daniyelle) of Placida, FL; his son-in-law Ricky Hood of Lawrenceburg, TN; his sister Judy Birdsong of Lawrenceburg, TN; his grandchildren, Blaize Duke Pennington, Miles Pennington, Josh Duke, Jase Duke, Ryan Mattox, Clara Lerner, Will Duke and Harrison Duke; and his great grandchildren, Cole Duke, Finn Duke, Miya Kate Duke, Cohen Duke, Luke Mattox, Hudson Mattox and Kate Mattox.
Family suggests memorials be made to First United Methodist Church Nicaragua Scholarship Fund.
