He was predeceased by: his parents, Paulie Belew and Bessie Ketchum Belew; and his siblings, Max Belew, Billy Belew, Marie Brewer, Marianne Willoughby and Lucy Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Vernie Belew of Lawrenceburg, TN; his daughter Stephanie Todora (Paul) of Athens, AL; his siblings, C. W. Belew of Walls, MS, Pete Belew of Summertown, TN, Ike Belew of Summertown, TN, Peggy Belew of Summertown, TN and Shirley Berry of Summertown, TN; and his granddaughter Hannah Haislip of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
