He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Ware and Katharine Wood Ware; his former wife Jean Ware; his wife Genell Ware; and his children, Ron Ware and JoAnn Lovell.

He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Ware of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
