She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Mayfield of Lawrenceburg, TN; her children, Michelle King (John) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Gina Smith (Tommy) of Leoma, TN and Joey Mayfield (Mary Beth) of Summertown, TN; and her siblings, Joyce Clayton of Lawrenceburg, TN, Judy Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN, Kay Hunter of Waynesboro, TN, Lenny Clifton of Lawrenceburg, TN, Johnny Clifton of Lawrenceburg, TN and Randy Clifton of Lawrenceburg, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
