Mary Louise Cawthon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2024, at the age of 99, Mary Louise Cawthon of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary Louise may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred "Jerry" Mitchell Cawthon; her children, Ellis Mitchell and Mary Elizabeth Box; and her siblings, Eugene Furlong, Ernest "Doc" Furlong, Carl Furlong and Venettia "Vicky" Johns.

She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Corbin (Robert); and her grandsons, Anthony "Tony" Wayne Mooneyham and Charles Christopher "Chris" Pollock. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
