She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Herman Davis, Sr. (Harold Wallace Doster, Sr.); her parents, David Leo Whitfield and Jessie Holley Whitfield; her brothers, Robert Whitfield and William Joseph Whitfield, Sr.; her son Richard Herman Davis, Jr.; and her stepson Harold Wallace Doster, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Pattie Davis Clevenger (Steve) of Ethridge and David Davis (Cindy) of Snellville, GA; her daughter-in-law Lucille Doster of Mooresville, NC; and her grandchildren, Thomas Clevenger (Jessica) of Nashville, Matthew Clevenger (Melissa) of Gainesboro, Jay Davis (Amanda) of Decatur, GA, Jack Davis of Atlanta, GA and Marsha Kennedy (Josh) of Lawrenceville, GA. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
