He is survived by: his wife Candice Fields of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Carley Fields and Braden Fields of Lawrenceburg, TN; his parents, Harold "Shorty" and Ruth Fields of Lawrenceburg, TN; his sister Malinda (John Huntley); his nieces and nephews, Abby Carsen Huntley, Kendall Stutts, Kinlee Stutts, Reagan Stutts, Charlee Shaw, Carter Huntley and Emmett Shaw; and his parents-in-law, Jane Phillips of Lawrenceburg, TN, Dustin of Loretto, TN., Beth Stutts of Loretto, TN., Eddie of Loretto, TN. and Josie Shaw of Loretto, TN..
