She was predeceased by: her mother Tennie Hogues; and her brother Micheal Derek. She is survived by: her son Kindre Childress of Lawrenceburg; her father Willie Childress of Lawrenceburg; her siblings, Cinthia Cathey (Mike) of Lawrenceburg, TN and David Hogues of Lawrenceburg; her nephew Derek Cathey (Liz) of Hixson; her great-nephews, Cruz Cathey and Lucah Cathey; her aunts, Betty Brown of Lawrenceburg, Brenda Sparkman of Lawrenceburg and Jacqueline Nance of Muscle Shoals, AL; and her cousins, Denise Nance of Muscle Shoals, AL and James Brown of Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
