He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hershel and Willie Mae Foster Allen; his wife Marcia Estelle Campbell Allen; his son Ronald Allen; and his siblings, William Allen, Paul Allen, Chester Allen, Marvin Allen, Carl Allen, Billy Wayne Allen, Lucille Lyons and Opal Simpkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Rita M. White of Carlock, IL; his daughter-in-law Gloria Allen of Cornersville, TN; and his sisters, Genell Garland of Lawrenceburg, TN, Ruth Byrd of Lawrenceburg, TN, Faye Long of Lawrenceburg, TN and Kay Buie of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
