He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Crews and Edith Crews Inmon. He is survived by: his wife Linda Crews; his children, Jim Crews, Trevor Crews, Corbin Crews, Shannon Cusick (Todd) and Amanda Jo Crews; his grandsons, Brice Cusick (Paige) and Ryan Cusick; and his siblings, Mike, Dennis, Randy and Sheree.
