He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Odesa Wallace and Virginia Simpson; and his uncle Charles Wallace. He is survived by: his parents, Joey E. Simpson (Maxine) and Shirley Wallace Dennis (Walter); his children, Devin Simpson (Dearea), Ashley Simpson and Odessa Brianna Armstead (Reggie); his brothers, Christopher Simpson and Marquez Pope; his stepsister Amatrice Houges; his uncles, Tony and James Wallace; and his grandchildren, Keylee, Kameron, Gavin, Paisley, Carsyn, Kyree, Alaysia and Laklyn.
