We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2024, at the age of 86, Jo Ann Wolfe Smith of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jo Ann Wolfe may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jo Ann Wolfe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Wolfe and Mary Bernice Dixon Wolfe; her husband Fulton Smith; and her siblings, Mary Laura Wolfe Cooper, Martha Joyce Wolfe Belew and Kenneth Wolfe.
She is survived by: her children, Felecia Riddle Nix (Richard) of Lawrenceburg and David Steve Smith (Wendy) of Yuma; and her grandchildren, Misty Farnsley of Texas, Jennie Conder of Florida and Scott Smith of Mississippi. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
