It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Dwain Thomas of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim O. Thomas and Vesta Murdock Thomas; and his sister Jerry Dale Cafferty. He is survived by: his wife Melva Thomas of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Ozell Cameron (Tim) of Town Creek, AL and Donald Thomas (Lisa) of Franklin, TN; his brother Kenneth R. "Pete" Thomas of Cheneyville, LA; his grandsons, Cody Thomas (Ella) and Tyler Gooch (Jessica); and his great grandchild Maryn Rose Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
