With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Donald Wade (Lawrenceburg, Tennessee), who passed away on February 15, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Wade and Oma Carwile Wade. He is survived by: his sister Janet Staggs of Lawrenceburg; his daughter Kathy Wade Mott of Lawrenceburg; his nephew Clint Johnson; his son Jerry Wayne Wade; his siblings, Kenneth Wade, Willa Gatlin, Elizabeth Wade and Hazel Wade; and also Janette Staggs. He is also survived by two nieces and five other nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to The Country Road Animal Rescue in Waynesboro, TN.
