He was predeceased by: his son Harry Randall Jackson; his parents, Raymond Jackson and Emma Lee Wright Jackson; his siblings, Lounette Cox, Azalee Hagood, Robert Ross Jackson, Samuel Adrick Jackson, Brockton Wright Jackson, William Guffery Jackson, Stonewall Jackson, Sr., Dewitt Jackson and Jimmie Shoat Jackson; and his stepson Jason Lee McLain.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Jean Elmore Jackson of Lawrenceburg; and his sisters-in-law, Nell Barksdale and Margaret Elmore of Athens. He is also survived by five step great grandchildren, three step great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
