She is survived by: her sons, William Timothy Shaffer (Kristy) of Crestview, FL and Chris Shaffer (April) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her grandchildren, Chipper Shaffer, Sarah Waldron (Kyle) and Elizabeth Shaffer; her brother John Wilburn (Susan) of Nashville, TN; and her sister-in-law Mary Wilburn.
