She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Holland and Zelia Washburn Holland; her former husband Larry Meek; her husband James Berry; and her siblings, Warren Holland and Laverne Alexander.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Meek (Melody) of Selma, NC, Mike Meek (Trish) of Pulaski, TN, Tim Meek (Debbie) of Memphis, TN, William "Bill" Meek of Summertown, TN and Ginger Fees (Doug) of Huntsville, AL; and her grandchildren, Will Meek, Larry Meek, Melissa Meek, Andy Meek, Ellie Meek, Deena Gonzales, Carrie Gaby, Rachel Brumbeloe, Allie Fees and Nick Fees. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family suggests memorials be made to Summertown Alumni Association.
