She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Oliver Barnett and Eunice Lorene Maddox Barnett; her husband Captain James D. Webb Sr.; her daughter Deborah Jane; and her siblings, Ralph Barnett, Nell Vickers, Ken Barnett and Jean Augustin.

She is survived by: her son James D. Webb Jr. (Christine). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
