He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Earl Stevens and Marjorie Ocker Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Shaw of Leoma, TN.; his children, Trison (Chelsea), Lance (Amber) and Jennifer Pickard; his sister Carol Leigh Stevens; his grandchildren, Darian Lang of Austin, TX, Alexia Reed (Daniel) of Carmel, IN., Callen Stevens, Keegan James Stevens, Alex and Aiden Bellar of Columbia, TN.; and his great great grandchild Octavia of Carmel, IN..

The family suggests memorials be made to the American Lung Association.
