It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elbert Luna (Lawrenceburg, Tennessee), who passed away on October 27, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Elbert and Sally Lorene Mitchell Luna; his sister Thelma Burnett; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Byrd. He is survived by: his sons, Ben Luna (Sarah) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Matthew Luna (Shelby) of Leighton, AL; his significant other Mona Steele of Lawrenceburg, TN; his siblings, Tony Luna of Loretto, TN, Nathan Luna of Spring Hill, TN, Randy Luna of Lawrenceburg, TN, Ann Byrd of Gandy Community, Linda Delle of Nashville, TN and Mary Richardson of Leoma, TN; and his stepchildren, Erin Griggs of Franklin, TN, Ashley Daniel of Lawrenceburg, TN and Adam Steele of Summertown, TN. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
