He is survived by: his parents, James E. Bumpus and Curley V. Bumpus of Lawrenceburg, TN; his sister Cynthia Denise Thomas (Percy) of Panama City, FL; his nieces, Candace A. Thomas of Panama City, FL and Patrice O. Thomas of Atlanta, GA; his nephew Wayne M. C. Thomas of Panama City, FL; his great-niece Jasmine Orum; his great-nephews, Jayden Thomas of Panama City, FL and James Caleb Thomas of Panama City, FL; his aunts, Mildred Harlan of Lawrenceburg, TN, Earnestine Harlan of Columbia, TN and Jimmie L. Gray (Earl) of Cleveland, OH; his uncle James Lee Harlan (Alice) of Franklin, TN; and his cousin Tianna Bumpas Brown of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by cousins and special friends.
