He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dolan Jacobs and Virginia Faye Shelton Cole; his grandson Isaiah Suratt; his brothers, David Wayne Jacobs and Timothy Lynn Jacobs; his niece Alicia Spurgeon; and his stepsiblings, Sharon Daniel and Danny Cole.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alana Jacobs (Mark Surratt) of Lawrenceburg and Jasmin Jacobs (Jake Surratt) of Loretto, TN; his wife Darlene Jacobs of Lawrenceburg, TN; his stepfather Charles Cole of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Ta'Leyah Jacobs of Lawrenceburg, Sadie Surratt of Lawrenceburg and Jase Surratt of Lawrenceburg, TN; his stepbrother Dale Cole of Arkansas; his uncle Delma; his aunt Dorothy White of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his grandson Kohen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (2251 Hwy 43 S, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shaw Cemetery (476 Wesley Chapel Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464).
