She is survived by: her husband Ralph David Osborn of Lawrenceburg, TN; her children, Brian Holbrook (Lori) of Bluefield, WV, Patsy Horne (John) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Keith Osborn of Lawrenceburg, TN; her siblings, Sherland McCarty (John) of Oxford, PA, Judy Mitchem of Bluefield, WV, Paul Melvin, Jr. (Kathy) of Princeton, WV and Larry Hylton (Dana) of Bluefield, WV; her grandchildren, Andy Holbrook (Brittany Carroll) of Bluefield, WV, Nathan Holbrook (Katalyn) of Princeton, WV, Aiden Holbrook of Bluefield, WV, Ava Holbrook of Bluefield, WV, Jonathan Horne (Tiffani) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Margaret Horne of Lawrenceburg, TN, Rachael Horne of Lawrenceburg, TN and Brittany McDonald (Max) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her friend Sue Jones. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
