Hulen left this world on February 2, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Dickey and Barbara Jewell Dickey; and his wife Vernell Heard Dickey. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Russ (Terry), Sharmon Dial (Soapy) and Stephen Dickey (Deidre); and his siblings, Jackie Dickey (Jean) and Betty Collins (Rip). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home (501 W Gaines St, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
