Hugh Wimbs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2020, at the age of 87, Hugh Wimbs (Lawrenceburg, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Noonan Wimbs and Essie Lee Adams Wimbs; his wife Gail Daniel Wimbs; and his sisters, Jean Bain and Elawese Newton.

He is survived by: his children, Danny Wimbs (Tresa) of Five Points, TN, Suzanne Dover (Steve) of Leoma, TN, Teresa Dickey (Chris) of Ethridge, TN and Lori Walters (Chris) of Leoma, TN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
