She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Adams and Minnie Adams; her children, Peggy Wright and John H. Forsythe; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Forsythe; her grandson Scotty Keener; and her great grandchild Brayden Forsythe.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Smith, Linda McCubbin, Carolyn Whitsitt (Jeff) and Gary Forsythe (Brenda); and her close friend Nancy Daniels. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Prospect Church of Christ (247 Wesley Chapel Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
