He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Powell and Betty Ruth Woodall Powell; his brother Brent Allen Powell; and his great-niece Evelyn Reese Powell. He is survived by: his nephews, Cody Powell (Paige) of Ethridge, TN and Tyler Powell of Ethridge, TN; his great-nephew Brently Ace Powell of Ethridge, TN; his great-niece Espen Marie Powell of Ethridge, TN; his aunt Margaret Couch of Appleton, TN; his uncle Donnie Powell of Appleton, TN; and his child Charlie.
