He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Sanders Ezell of Lawrenceburg, TN; his sons, Garner Ezell, Jr. (Deb) of Athens, AL, Don Ezell of Florence, AL and Ken Ezell (Sherry) of Leoma, TN; his grandchildren, Rob, David, Mac, Mia, Holly and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Brodie, Sam, River and Valorie; and his siblings, Sam Ezell (Brenda) of Fayetteville, TN, Edith Brown of Five Points, TN, Ima Jean Vandenbos of Evergreen, CO, Betty Evans of Lawrenceburg, TN and Martha Nelson (Alvin) of Decatur, AL..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Leoma Church of Christ (2600 Hwy 43 S, Leoma, TN 38468).
