He is survived by: his daughter Pam Phelps (Lewis) of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Autumn Brown (Evan), Joshua Phelps, Jonathan Phelps, Ashlee Phelps and Travis Lester (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Mady Lester and Macy Lester; and his siblings, Cynthia Kees, Christine Sandefur and John Sandefur.
