He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Holman and Myrtle Smith Holman; his wife Virginia Tease Holman; his son Spencer "Bud" Holman; his grandson Blake Holman; and his siblings, Alice Holman, Mary Harris, John Holman, Tom Holman and Charlie Inman.
He is survived by: his children, Glenda Fisher of Lawrenceburg, TN, Brenda Shaffer of Florence, AL and Jimmy Holman (Leah) of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
