She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Clifton and Ethel Amy McMahan Clifton; her former husband James Edward "Bud" Fowler, Sr.; her husband Coy Green; and her children, Deborah Duke and James E. "Jim" Fowler, Jr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shane Johnson of Nashville, TN, Andy Johnson of Nashville, TN, Dustin Fowler (Shannon) of Dallas, TX, Derrick Fowler (Amanda) of Knoxville, TN, Dain Fowler of Spring Hill, TN and Daisha Fowler of Murfreesboro, TN; her daughter-in-law Kay Fowler Smith (Jerry) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her sister Vastel Pierce of Minor Hill, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
