He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Norma Farlow Sweeton; and his sister Vickie Shaver. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Evans Sweeton of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Charles Sweeton (Hannah) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Whitney Hood (Jonathan) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Lindsay Maxwell (Chris) of Middleton, TN; his grandchildren, Anna Claire Hood, Taylor Maxwell, Landon Maxwell and Sutton Sweeton; his brother Eddie Joe Sweeton; and his nephew Blake Shaver.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Mayo Clinic or the charity of your choice.
