He is survived by: his wife Eloise McClanahan Ayers of Lawrenceburg, TN; his son Rusty Ayers of Lawrenceburg, TN; his sister Mae Silcox of Jellico, TN; and his grandchildren, Philip Ayers, Ryan Ayers and Chandler Ayers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
