It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delma Michael of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, born in Lexington, Alabama, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Eli and Missie Bell Magee Michael; his wife Vernell Wiley Michael; and his grandson Tanner Kyle Michael. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Hood (Jeff) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Kevin Michael of Lawrenceburg, TN; his grandchildren, Missy Hood Story (Brad), Mae Bell Hood, Daniel Hood, Katie Michael Smith (Grant) and Alex Michael; and his great grandchildren, John Daniel Story, Eleanor Smith and Ivy Kate Smith.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials be made to the VFW Honor Guard.
