He is survived by: his wife Debbie Tease of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Joseph David Tease of Summertown, TN and Victoria Nichole Tease of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his siblings, Eddie Sue Tease of Leoma, TN and William Austin Estes of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
