He is survived by: his wife Ann Brown Hite of Lawrenceburg, TN; his daughters, Jennifer Garcia (Carlos) and Jessica Vandenanchor (Jake); his siblings, Michael Hite (Elaine) and Kathy Hanby (Rick); his stepchildren, Tim Brown, Tom Brown and Tammy Suratt (Donnie); his grandchildren, Taylor Ann Haugh and Riley David Garcia; and his stepgrandsons, David Suratt (Paula) and Jeff Suratt (Candy). He is also survived by six step great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to Mars Hill United Methodist Church.
