He is survived by: his wife Janie Brewer; his sister Cathy Tenison (Terry) of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Ann Fisher of Lawrenceburg and Wayne "Hammer" Keeton; and his nieces and nephews, Austin Tenison, Glen Brewer (Candy), Anthony Fisher, Anna Tenison and Annie Kate Fisher.
