She is survived by: her husband David Weamer; her son Richard Young (Lisa); her father Carl G. Thompson; her siblings, Paul Thompson, Tom Thompson, Mike Thompson (Sandra), Mary Thompson and Anne Cain (Randall); her grandchildren, Tish Hinkle, Justin Young and Brit Young; her mother-in-law Jane Weamer; her sisters-in-law, Laura Weldon and Lisa Weamer; and her friends, Jeff Smith and Dewanda Smith. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; ten nephews, twelve nieces.
