He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Rex Staggs, Paul Ricky Staggs, Sandra Kay Kilburn, Judy Ann Sittman and Deborah Janell Garland; and his niece Donna Luke (Christopher). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
