He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Andrew Remke and Alma Kraus Remke; and his siblings, Edward Remke, James "Bud" Remke, Helen Evers and Roseanne Remke.
He is survived by: his sister Nell Remke of Lawrenceburg, TN.; his wife Anna Bell Stockard Remke; his children, Ellen Fellman, Evelyn Douglas (Ed), David Remke (Teri) of Nashville, TN and Doug Remke (Sara) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Josh Remke (Leigh Ann), Ross Fellman, Alex Douglas, Nick Douglas, Andrew Remke, Jack Remke and Morgan Remke; and his great grandchild AnnaBelle Grace Remke.
Family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Sacred Heart Catholic School in Lawrenceburg, TN.
