He is survived by: his children, Nancy Garland (Eric) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Dr. Elaine McFarland (Mac) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Johnny Orton (Shannon) of Houston County, TN, Nathan Orton (Tabitha) of Murfreesboro, TN and Dr. Charles Brandon Orton (Andrea) of Oak Ridge, TN; and his grandchildren, Bridget Gray, Heather Dunnivant, Siera Cathey, Triana Orton, Jacqueline Orton, Violet Orton and Charlotte Orton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
