She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bonner and Margaret Sutton Bonner; her husband Irving Dorning; her children, Kayla Hood and Richard "Rick" Dorning; and her brother Larry Bonner.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Martin (Eddie), Carole Collins, Kyle Duke (Lynn) and Chad Dorning (Tracy); and her sister Betty Childress. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to Mars Hill United Methodist Church, 637 Weakley Creek Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.
