She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Wayne Forsythe (Sherri) of Westpoint, TN and Donnie Dwayne Forsythe (Teresa) of Ethridge, TN; her siblings, Franklin Lovell of Lawrenceburg, TN, J. D. Lovell of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jimmy Dean Lovell of Lawrenceburg, TN and Linda Bivens of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her mother-in-law Elizabeth Forsythe of Lawrenceburg, TN.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
