Brown, Jr. and Grace Strawn Brown; her husband Billy Ray Phillips; her son-in-law Jason "Boo" Perry; her brothers, Major Leslie Ray Brown and James Melvin Brown; her sister-in-law Ann Brown; her parents-in-law, W. O. "Shorty" Phillips and Eunice Phillips; and her brothers-in-law, Buddy Creel and Harold Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN; her grandchildren, Colton Perry and Lilah Perry; her sister Duwan Creel of Columbia, TN; her aunt Shirley Brown of Tuscumbia, AL; her close friend Clara Hairrell; her godchildren, Jayme Hairrell of Knoxville, TN, Tonya Hairrell Burchfield of Knoxville, TN and Billy Hairrell of Knoxville, TN; her brothers-in-law, Jim Phillips (Brenda) of Greenhill, AL and Kenneth Phillips (Jane) of Greenhill, AL; and her cousin Angela Phillips Byers (Joe) of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She was also a member of multiple community organizations including Pilots Club, Lawrence County Alzheimer's Support Group, and RoAnn's Club, of which she served as president.
