Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Jim Foriest of Lawrenceburg, TN, Annette Scott (George) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Tanya Phillips of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his siblings, Betty Jean Rochelle of Lawrenceburg, TN, Willarene Fisher of Lawrenceburg, TN, Virginia Gail Wunner of Shelbyville, TN, Edwin Eugene Smith (Katrina) of Lawrenceburg, TN, J. W. Smith (Sue) of Columbia, TN, Michael Smith of Murfreesboro, TN. and Gary David Smith (Vickie) of Ethridge, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
