She was predeceased by: her husband Leo C. Jones; her parents, H. L. McCarter and Fannie Caroline Steadman McCarter; and her son Donnie Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Jones Daniel (Larry "Pete") of Franklin, TN and Sharon Jones Whitsett (late Joe Whitsett) of Lawrenceburg, TN; her sister Nettie Brown of Lawrenceburg, TN; and her grandchildren, Mark Daniel (Billie), Suzanne Daniel Stone (Wesley), Lorie Daniel Bain (Travis), Blake Clifton (Pamela), Jake Jones (Meghan), Keith Jones (Katty) and Kevin Jones. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to Mars Hill United Methodist Church.
