He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. "Nick" Perry and Elizabeth Hughes Perry; his siblings, Raymond Perry and Donna Perry McLain; and his grandchild Leyton Headrick.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN; his children, Jonathan Roy Perry (Laura) of Brentwood, TN, Andrew Charles Perry (Kristen) of Evans, GA and Lori Ann Perry Isbell of Bon Aqua, TN; his siblings, William C. Perry of Lawrenceburg, TN, Peggy Shaffer and Betty Ann Clayton of Lawrenceburg, TN; his brother-in-law Gary Don McLain of Loretto, TN; his grandchildren, Nick Perry (Lindsey), Eliot Perry, Ryan Perry, Tanner Perry, Savannah Headrick, Lindsey Hickok-Perry, Reese Hickok-Perry, Tatum Piper and Zach Headrick; and his great grandchild Myla Headrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (231 N Military Ave, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mars Hill Baptist Church (630 Weakley Creek Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464).
In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to Mars Hill Baptist Church building fund.
