He is survived by: his wife Dian Smith Ezell; his daughters, Tina Nelson (John) of Birmingham, AL and Traci Aday (Grant) of Madison, Ala; his granddaughters, Aubrie McFall, Lauren Nelson, Sydney Nelson and Kaylie McFall; his brothers, Bobby Ezell (Wanda) and Gerald Ezell (MaryNell); and his siblings-in-law, Phil Smith (Donna), Keith Smith (Pam) and Hilda (Cliff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorials be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation and Davis Phinney Foundation.
