She is survived by: her children, Herman Anthony Floccari, Mitzi Wyrick (Bobby), Sharon Chambers and Betty York; her sister Mallie Chupp; her grandchildren, Kim, Jennifer, Chad, Mindy, Jackie and Michael; her great grandchildren, Parkes, Alicia, Layla, Kinsley, Sawyer, Stella and Oaklyn; and her nephew Wade. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, many called her a friend.
